Will I need to get a letter from my employer in order to drive to work if I am charged with a DWI?

If you have been charged with DWI and you drive for work-related purposes between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm, you will not need a letter. However, if you need to drive outside of those hours, then the answer will most likely be yes, you will need a letter from an employer.
